With Charlie Crist in town Thursday, he got to respond to Dr. Arthur Anderson's "mea culpa" that the new voting machines coming to PBC will *not* cost the 5.9 million dollars initially thought. Anderson overestimated how much each printout page would cost. Knocking off nearly 70-percent of the printing costs will save taxpayers more than 1.3 million dollars. The governor told reporters "It looks like they (PBC) do have the money after all. So that's good news." How about that... some good news when it comes to voting in Palm Beach County.
